We understand that things can go wrong. Let us try to help you, so your experience with Yarnarama is a positive one.  After all, we want you to come back!

1:ORDERS

PRODUCTS ONLINE SHOWING AS OUT OF STOCK

  • If the item you'd like is online but out of stock, you can email us, or pop into the shop, to check availability, making sure you have the product details to hand. If the product you want is available, then you can place an order over the online or in the shop and choose whether to pick it up or have it delivered.

  • We continue to show out of stock products online so that you have access to the product details or so that you can buy it online at a later date once more stock has been delivered. (Shipping charges apply).

  • When shopping online you can choose to filter your product search, and in some instances we're also able to offer you the option of emailing you once the item does come back into stock.

2:SHIPPING

UK & OVERSEAS SHIPPING

  • All orders will be dispatched via UK Royal Mail, within 2-5 working days. This does not include public and religious holidays

  • We cannot be held responsible for weather, strikes or traffic conditions, which are out of our control

  • We will only ship to your registered delivery address, unless you tell us otherwise.

  • Items that need to be signed for, must be signed for by an adult.

  • Please note that overseas prices will be higher than mainland UK.

  • If your are experiencing problems with your delivery please email: yarnarama@yahoo.com between 9 am - 6 pm GMT, Monday to Friday. 

Privacy & GDPR

  • We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

  • In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login;       e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history.

  • We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

  • We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

  • When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only, and we will never sell or pass on your details to a third party.

4:RETURNS

IN STORE PURCHASE

  • The return policy includes purchases outside the shop: markets, events, fairs etc.

  • It is very easy to return something you have bought in store. Return your purchase to us in store within 14 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase for an exchange. 

  • We use an iZettle or Square credit card reader. We offer you the choice of a receipt via text or email. 

  • Merchandise must be returned unused, have all tags attached and be in its original condition (including packaging and labelling). If you use the goods or remove or tamper with any of the tags attached to the goods, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

  • Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on reduced stock, or special orders/commissions/handmade items

  • The above policy does not affect your statutory rights including your rights in relation to faulty goods.

  • Sometimes we have to refuse a refund or exchange usually because the item is outside the return period or is not in its original condition. Make sure you follow all the above to avoid any embarrassment.

ONLINE PURCHASE

  • Return your purchase to us within 28 days of dispatch of your order either in store or by post (see details below) with your receipt as proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.

  • Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged for goods of the same or higher price value.

  • All goods which you are returning must be unused, have all tags attached and be in their original condition (including packaging and labelling). If you use the goods or remove or tamper with any of the tags attached to the goods, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

  • Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on:

    • Orders/commissions/hand made stock/reduced & sale stock.

    • items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed

  • Delivery and return costs are not refundable.

  • The above policy does not affect your statutory rights including your rights in relation to faulty goods or your right to cancel orders made online.
